A three-tier reserve network of “on-site project spare-parts points + city forward warehouses + regional central warehouses” ensures spare-parts response speeds for different timeliness requirements.

A digital spare-parts management system provides visible inventory, end-to-end tracking of issuance, and automatic data analysis.

Standardized operating procedures: inbound management, in-stock maintenance, issuance management, scrapping / repair management
Dynamic inventory optimization: based on project service age, fault data, and loss patterns, spare-parts plans are adjusted quarterly to avoid shortages affecting fault repair, prevent excess stock from wasting costs, and continuously optimize the O&M cost structure.

Spare-Parts Discounts:

Within warranty: spare-parts replacement caused by equipment quality faults is completely free, with no spare-parts charges; spare parts required because of human damage or normal consumable wear are supplied at the discount applicable to the corresponding service model.

Extended warranty / post-warranty O&M: service-model discount pricing applies, far below contract prices, and the exclusive discount remains valid throughout O&M.

Service Assurance:

Emergency fallback assurance: when core components are out of stock, standby parts are provided for temporary replacement to safeguard airport operations,
Spare-parts warranty commitment: all newly replaced spare parts carry a warranty of no less than 12 months; if the same spare part has a quality problem during the warranty period, it is replaced free of charge.
Cost-optimization service: an annual Spare-Parts Consumption and Cost Analysis Report is issued, with cost-reduction recommendations based on equipment condition, including domestic substitution of vulnerable parts and preventive replacement to reduce overhaul costs.
